The I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! betting market has taken another major turn, with Aitch now emerging as William Hill’s new favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle.
The Manchester rapper has enjoyed a dramatic surge in support over the past few days, sending him straight to the top of the outright market as punters continue to get behind the 2025 line-up.
Aitch had been trading at 13/2 last week, sitting behind the early frontrunners, but a wave of money has forced traders to cut him all the way into 7/4, making him the standout name in what has already become one of the liveliest series markets in recent years.
His popularity online and strong early impression in Australia appear to have resonated with bettors who now see him as a genuine contender to go deep into the competition.
This sudden move means the rapper now leapfrogs Angry Ginge and Jack Osbourne, both of whom had been prominent in the betting throughout November. Angry Ginge, who had previously dominated the market after a torrent of backing, now slips into second favourite.
Alongside the shake-up in the outright betting, William Hill has also seen action in the first elimination market. Comedian Eddie Kadi continues to lead this side of the betting at 9/4, but the most notable mover has been Alex Scott, who has been cut from 8/1 into 7/2, signalling a clear uptick in interest from punters.
With the jungle settling in and personalities beginning to clash, the elimination market often begins to heat up quickly once viewers start forming early alliances with contestants — and this year appears to be no different. William Hill spokesperson Lee Phelps said: “Angry Ginge was our big favourite to win this year’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! but a new frontrunner has now stormed to the head of the market.
“Manchester rapper Aitch has been cut from 4/1 on Monday into 7/4 overnight. Angry Ginge is now second favourite, with Tom Read Wilson moving into third favourite (6/1 from 8/1).
“Going in the other direction is Martin Kemp (7/1 to 14/1), while Eddie Kadi is the leading contender to be the first to leave the jungle – priced at 9/4.”
