Louis Partridge flies straight into 3/1 in next James Bond betting

| BY News Team

Louis Partridge has made an immediate impact in William Hill News’ betting to become the next James Bond, entering the market at 3/1 and going straight in as second favourite behind Callum Turner, who remains even-money.

Partridge did not feature in the market in William Hill’s previous update but now sits prominently at 3/1 to take on the iconic 007 role.

Turner continues to head the betting at EVS, while Partridge’s arrival has seen Aaron Taylor-Johnson pushed down the list, although he remains joint‑third at 6/1.

Harris Dickinson has also shortened into 6/1 from 8/1, Jacob Elordi is now 7/1, and Scott Rose‑Marsh is still available at 8/1.

With producers searching for the actor who will succeed the previous era and inherit the licence‑to‑kill mantle, the race to play Britain’s most famous spy remains one of the biggest talking points in entertainment. The latest prices reflect an increasingly competitive field as new names are linked with Bond 26.

William Hill spokesperson, Lee Phelps, said: “Louis Partridge has really shaken things up in our next James Bond market.

“He wasn’t in the betting at all in our previous update, and now he’s gone straight in as second favourite at 3/1, which is a remarkable entrance.

“The Bond market is always quick to react to developments and speculation around the role, and Partridge’s immediate position behind Callum Turner at even-money suggests punters believe he’s got a genuine chance.

“It’s certainly added another fascinating twist to what is already one of our most popular specials markets.”
