Saints odds against for fourth consecutive cup success
St Helens were eased to 11/10 to win the Challenge Cup by official bookmakers William Hill after the holders were drawn to face Catalans Dragons in one of only two all Super League fifth round ties.
Hull KR, Huddersfield and Warrington, who all face lower league opponents, were grouped together as 7/1 co-second favourites to win the Wembley showpiece.
With Leeds, Bradford and Hull FC gone and a kind draw for some of the middle-ranking Super League sides, there’s a real opportunity for a team less familiar with the big stage to make it through to the final.
