- Having already beaten European opposition so far in Porto, the Herons will be hoping to upset the odds in this one as they head to Atlanta as the underdogs on the betting market but they remain unbeaten in their last six games across all competitions.
- However, for their experience towards the top of the pitch, Inter Miami definitely struggle at the back and that’s shown in recent clean sheets, keeping just one in their last thirteen matches in all comps, they’ll have a busy night in this one.

Flamengo v Bayern Munich – 9pm (UK Time).
- Flamengo have been brilliant in this tournament so far and fully deserve their place in the last sixteen, especially after topping the group with two wins and one draw, one point ahead of Chelsea.
- The Brazilian giants head to Miami as the underdogs in this one but having already beaten Chelsea and are now eleven games without defeat in all competitions, Flamengo will definitely put up a real challenge in this one.
- This is the first ever meeting between the two sides, it’s actually the first time that Flamengo have faced a German opposition in a competitive fixture and will be hoping to show their defensive quality again, with seven clean sheets in their last ten games.
——————————– - Defeat for Bayern Munich on their final group game against Benfica meant the German giants had to settle for second place in Group C, that defeat was also Bayern Munich’s first defeat in a Club World Cup competition.
- Vincent Kompany’s side are yet to lose back-to-back games under the Belgian, which will fill the Bavarians with confidence in this one and we should see a full strength Bayern Munich side here on Sunday night.
- This is an intriguing battle between these two sides and i think we’ll see a close one given how good Flamengo are at the back, i’m going to back Bayern Munich to just edge it on the night.
