Michael Carrick Specials: How Will Manchester United Fare Under Interim Manager?
Manchester United have turned to former midfielder Michael Carrick to take over as interim head coach and there could be plenty of change at Old Trafford in the coming days.
In addition, former England assistant manager Steve Holland will reportedly join as Carrick’s second in command. Former Red Devil Jonny Evans will be part of Carrick’s staff while Jonathan Woodgate and Travis Binnion will also feature in his team following the departure of Ruben Amorim.

With Carrick likely to be in the dugout for Saturday’s derby against arch rivals Manchester City, there is likely to be a raucous atmosphere at Old Trafford and supporters will be hoping to see the Red Devils boss make a winning start.
He took charge of United for three games after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was dismissed in 2021 and fans will be praying that he can kick off with three points in the Manchester Derby.
