Tiger Woods Heads 2027 Ryder Cup Team USA Captain Betting Odds
Tiger Woods has been priced up as the early favourite to be selected as captain of Team USA ahead of the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor.
According to the latest betting, Woods is an 11/4 chance to captain Team USA at next year’s event while Jim Furyk is next in the market at 7/2 to be appointed in the role. Both players have been at the head of the market for some time now.
Following those two American legends, we’ve got a trio of stars at 4/1: Brandt Snedeker, Steve Stricker and Webb Simpson. Next up is Keegan Bradley at 5/1, though he may be a longshot after Team USA fell short on home soil in 2025.
Kevin Kisner and Gary Woodland come next at 6/1 and 8/1 respectively, though both would be shock appointments. Here, we look at some of the leading contenders in the race to be Team USA captain for the 2027 Ryder Cup.

“We make Keegan Bradley a 5/1 shot to continue as US captain following his home defeat at Bethpage in 2025, but he remains a possibility after expressing he’d like the opportunity to exact revenge on the Europeans.”
As well as the four major tournaments, the Ryder Cup is one of golf’s biggest events and there will be plenty of interest in next year’s event – particularly with European fans at the competition returns to the continent.
