Three sides, Super Giants, MI London and Welsh Fire, all sit level on 16 points heading into the final round of fixtures, and Super Giants know victory here removes any doubt, while defeat would leave their fate in the hands of results elsewhere on Wednesday.
Jos Buttler and Aiden Markram give the hosts serious batting depth, but Sunrisers boast the tournament’s outstanding net run-rate and have Harry Brook in irresistible touch in the middle order.
