The Hundred Men’s 2026 Final: Predictions and Betting Tips

| BY Sam Cox

The final of the 2026 edition of The Hundred takes place on Sunday, August 16th. Trent Rockets are the cricket betting favourites at William Hill.

Trent Rockets vs. Manchester Super Giants

  • Venue: Lord’s
  • Start time: 18:00 (UK time)

Trent Rockets won six of their eight matches to top the regular-season standings and earn an automatic place in the final. Manchester Super Giants had to navigate the eliminator on Friday, which they won against SunRisers Leeds. Manchester blasted 186 runs in their 100 balls before Josh Tongue took four wickets.

Aiden Markram’s departure for personal reasons hasn’t slowed down the Super Giants. If anything, the change has helped Manchester with their balance. Paul Walter has been mightily effective at the top of the order. Michael Bracewell has given depth to the bowling attack as a third spinner alongside Liam Dawson and Noor Ahmad.

Trent Rockets, though, won six matches in a row before dropping a dead rubber to the Southern Brave. Their batting lineup is loaded with Ben Duckett and Finn Allen opening up followed by Aneurin Donald, Sam Billings, Tim David, and Mitchell Santner.

It’s not the most exciting of bowling attacks, but Calvin Harrison has had an excellent summer, Matt Henry is a shrewd operator, and Craig Overton and Ben Sanderson have been effective. Santner is an underrated white-ball bowler. Lewis Gregory is a seasoned campaigner in the shorter formats.

The Hundred Men’s Final Prediction

The Super Giants looked like the most complete outfit pre-tournament. Trent Rockets have been run smartly and check all the boxes with a varied bowling attack and deep batting lineup.

It’s advantage Manchester in the star power stakes, though, and that’s often what matters in the biggest games. Jos Buttler and Tim Seifert to hit a six apiece is value at 16/5. Buttler to register a 50 and Henry to take at least one wicket is also worth backing at 15/2.

We are siding with the Super Giants to win the match at Evens.
