The Hundred Women’s 2026 Eliminator: Predictions and Betting Tips

| BY News Team

SunRisers Leeds Women have earned slight favouritism for Friday’s Hundred Women’s Eliminator against Southern Brave Women, priced at 8/11 to reach the final, with Brave 11/10, according to William Hill News.

SunRisers finished second on net run rate after both sides ended the group stage on five wins from eight, but Southern Brave won their head-to-head meeting earlier in the competition.

Prediction

SunRisers Leeds Women to win.

This is likely to be tight, but Leeds’ ability to score quickly – which ultimately separated the teams in the standings – can prove decisive if their top order avoids the early collapse that undid them in the first head-to-head.

What is the Eliminator?

The Hundred’s playoff format rewards the team that finishes first in the group with direct passage to the final. The teams in second and third then meet in the Eliminator, with the winner booking the remaining place in Sunday’s final at Lord’s.

This season, Trent Rockets Women finished top with seven wins from eight and await the winner. SunRisers Leeds take second thanks to a superior net run rate of +1.031, while Southern Brave qualified third at +0.107; both accumulated 20 points from five wins and three defeats.

The match is at the Kia Oval on Friday 14 August, with the women’s game scheduled for 2.15pm. A reserve day is in place on Saturday if required.

SunRisers Leeds – 8/11

SunRisers have built a strong campaign around consistency and their ability to turn competitive totals into victories. Their five wins placed them level with Brave on points, but their markedly better net run rate proved crucial in securing the nominal home-side designation and a small edge in the market.

A defining result came against Welsh Fire, when SunRisers chased 122 in only 74 balls, finishing 122/4 to underline the attacking intent that drove their superior net run rate.

They will still be wary of the previous meeting with Friday’s opponents. Southern Brave dismissed SunRisers for 116 from 100 balls at Headingley before completing a five-wicket victory with four deliveries remaining. That result showed the value of early wickets against Leeds: their top order was reduced to 22/2 and never fully recovered.

Southern Brave – 11/10

Brave arrive as narrow outsiders at 11/10, but their group-stage win over SunRisers makes that price easy to understand.

In that July victory, their bowlers restricted Leeds to 116 and the chase was managed successfully despite losing five wickets, reaching 117/5 with 96 balls used.

They also produced an encouraging performance in their final group fixture, running Trent Rockets – the competition’s top side – close before losing by three wickets. That combination of a proven win over SunRisers and a competitive showing against the finalists makes Brave a dangerous opponent rather than a conventional underdog.
