World Grand Prix Semi-Final Predictions: Final Four Do Battle, With 5/2 Double Topping Saturday Tips
Here are our darts betting picks for the World Grand Prix on Saturday – William Hill News check out the semi-finals this afternoon.
Darts World Grand Prix Tips Today:
- Over 7.5 sets (10/11)
- Luke Humphries -1.5 (10/11)
Nathan Aspinall vs Gerwyn Price Prediction
There’s not much to choose between these players historically, with Gerwyn Price owning a 14-12 record against Nathan Aspinall. Price dug deep to come back from 2-0 to beat Jonny Clayton in a hard-fought quarter-final, while Aspinall has dropped just one set through the first three rounds.
An average of 105.15 shows the form that Aspinall is in at the moment. Losing a 10-9 match to Luke Littler in the World Series Finals was nothing to be ashamed of. Yes, he’s not had the best results in ranking events in 2026, but there have been some positive signs during this tournament.
Price’s pre-tournament form was more encouraging, including a run to the final at the World Series. The Welshman has also had plenty of deep runs at high-profile events.
This promises to be a competitive match between two talented throwers. We’re taking the over.
Luke Humphries vs James Wade Prediction
Luke Humphries has been completely dominant against James Wade throughout his career, with 14 wins from 19 matches. Humphries has also taken three wins in a row against Wade.
Wade went a round further than Humphries in the World Series Finals and he won the title in Antwerp. He’s not won a ranking event since the UK Open back in 2021, though, while Humphries is a regular at the latter stages of these high-profile events.
We think Humphries should build on his excellent record against Wade. The underdog will fancy his chances with how he’s performed of late, but Humphries is the superior thrower and that should shine through on Saturday night.
