A dramatic affair! Daniel Udoh’s 53rd minute volley put Salford 3-1 ahead on aggregate. But suddenly Grimsby battled back grabbing two quicksilver goals via Kieran Green (74 minutes) and Jaze Kabia (78 minutes) to seal extra-time.
