LIV Golf UK 2026 Predictions, Best Bets & Odds: Tyrell Hatton The Value Play At 9/1?

Jon Rahm is the golf betting favourite for LIV Golf UK in Uttoxeter. The JCB Golf and Country Club has been the venue for LIV Golf UK since 2024 after the first two events were hosted by the Centurion Club.

Rahm won in 2024, with Joaquín Niemann enjoying a three-stroke victory 12 months ago. Bubba Watson was Niemann’s nearest challenger. Rahm was tied for fifth on 10 under.

A stellar performance from Lucas Herbert at Royal Birkdale means he’s bound to be under the spotlight here. The same goes for Bryson DeChambeau off the back of a controversial Open.

LIV Golf is under a darkening cloud of uncertainty. Saudi Arabian financial backing has been withdrawn. Some big names have already paid their fines and tried to work their way back onto the traditional golf circuit, while players like Rahm and DeChambeau have given mixed messages about their future in the sport.

Form Men

Niemann, who excelled at this event last year, failed to make the cut at The Open, but his form heading into the final major of the year was generally strong.

The Chilean tied for seventh at the BMW International Open following strong showings at the Open D’Italia and the U.S. Open. He has had success in the 2026 LIV season, too, with a win in Korea and a fourth place in Singapore.

The Open ultimately ended in a disappointing score for Tyrrell Hatton, but the Brit is the home favourite for this event and won last time out in Andalucia. Hatton tied for seventh at the U.S. Open and placed 17th at the Scottish Open.

Hatton (9/1) and Niemann (7/1) don’t garner the same attention as Rahm and DeChambeau, but they are perennial contenders in LIV Golf.

Value Bets

Herbert represents value for a top 10 finish at 7/2. Yes, a tie for sixth at The Open came from nowhere considering his previous major showings, but he won in Virginia and tied for eighth in Korea.

The Australian impressed in all facets of his game at Royal Birkdale. This course presents some different challenges, but that showing should give confidence ahead of the event in Uttoxeter.

Each-way pays five places, so Hatton at 9/1 to win outright is worth considering, too. We can overlook the fact that he finished tied for 21st last year.

What about Victor Perez for the top 10 at 6/4? The Frenchman has played some good golf of late, with top 10 finishes at the BMW International Open and Scottish Open followed by tying for 28th at The Open.
