Bookies look towards 2012: Will a Brit take Vettel’s crown?
With the F1 season over for another year, William Hill are looking forward to 2012 and make Sebastian Vettel Even money favourite to win the 2012 Championships. Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton are both 9/2 while this year’s second placed man, Jenson Button is 7/1.
Despite convincingly defeating his McLaren team-mate this year, Jenson Button is 6/5 to finish higher than Hamilton while Hamilton is 8/13.
“Although Sebastian Vettel has dominated this season since day one there has been no lack of drama and the gap over the second half of the season seemed to be closing,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly. “2012 already looks like it will be a corker.”
