Timothée Chalamet and Jessie Buckley have both been heavily backed to land awards at this weekend’s Golden Globes, according to William Hill.

The leading bookmaker have reported waves of money for both, with Chalamet shortening from 4/7 to 1/5 to win the Best Actor in the Motion Picture Musical or Comedy category for his starring role in Marty Supreme.

“Chalamet has received consistent support from our customers for his performance in Marty Supreme, seeing his odds for the Best Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy award slashed from 4/7 to 1/5. He is quickly becoming one of the worst results in the book for this weekend’s awards.

Meanwhile, Buckley has been subject to significant backing in the Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama category, with the Hamnet star’s odds slashed from 1/5 to 1/20.
