Wales v Netherlands

  • Wales have lost all seven internationals against the Netherlands, scoring just three times and conceding 21.
  • The Dutch have won the last two games against Wales 2-0 - Arjen Robben scored the opening goal in both games.
  • The last two goals scored by Wales against the Netherlands came in World Cup qualifiers in 1996 - Dean Saunders scored in a 3-1 loss at home and a 7-1 defeat away.
  • The Netherlands have lost four of their last six internationals (W2).
  • Since the start of 2014, the Netherlands have lost five of 10 away internationals, winning five.
  • Only two Welsh players have scored international goals in 2015 - Gareth Bale (5) and Aaron Ramsey (2).
  • Wales have conceded just twice in their last seven international matches, with both of these coming against Bosnia last month.
  • Georginio Wijnaldum has scored in two of his last three away games for the Netherlands.



Spain v England

  • Spain have won three of the last four internationals with England, losing the last meeting in November 2011 at Wembley.
  • The last time England won away in Spain was in February 1987 - Gary Lineker scored all four goals in a 4-2 win for Sir Bobby Robson's side.
  • In fact, England haven't scored in their last three matches in Spain under three different managers (Graham Taylor, Sven Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello).
  • Should Wayne Rooney appear in this match, he will make his 108th England appearance, level with Bobby Moore. Only three players have made more (Peter Shilton 125, David Beckham 115, Steven Gerrard 114).
  • La Furia Roja have won 10 of their last 11 on home soil, losing only to Germany in November 2014.
  • England haven't conceded in their last four games. They last went five without conceding in October 2014.
  • The last team to play an international against Spain in Alicante were Scotland in 2011 (lost 3-1). In seven internationals, Spain have won six and drawn one (against Hungary in 1977).
  • Roy Hodgson is unbeaten in his last eight friendlies as England manager (W4 D4), last losing to Germany in November 2013.



Northern Ireland v Latvia

  • Northern Ireland have won four of their six internationals against Latvia, losing the other two.
  • The last meeting between the two came in September 2007 in a European qualifier, with Nigel Worthington's side going 1-0 down in Riga.
  • Latvia haven't won an international since September 2014 (D6 L5).
  • Michael O'Neill has yet to win a friendly as Northern Ireland boss (D4 L6).
  • However, he is unbeaten in his last seven games as Northern Ireland manager (W3 D4), since losing to Scotland in March.
  • All of Latvia's last four away games have ended in draws.
