League One Opta Facts - April 1st

 


Doncaster v Swindon

In their history, Doncaster have never lost a league game at home to Swindon (W5 D3).

There have been three red cards in the last five meetings in this fixture.

League One leaders Doncaster have won only four of their last 12 games.

All but three of the Robins' last 12 goals have come in the 71st minute or later.

 

Bournemouth v Scunthorpe

The Cherries have lost just once in their last 10 games against the Iron (W4 D5).

On home soil, Bournemouth are unbeaten against Scunthorpe in 14 games (W4 D10), a run which stretches all the way back to 1972.

The Iron have won just one of their last five games, although that win did come last time out, 2-1 at home to Leyton Orient.

The Cherries have now won four games in a row, the longest current winning streak in the division. None of their last 15 league games have ended as a draw.

 

Crewe v Preston

The Railwaymen have lost four of their last five league games against the Lilywhites (W1), with two of those defeats coming at Gresty Road.

The Bees have won three in a row now and have suffered just two defeats in their last 10 games in League One.

Notts County have won their last two home games against Yeovil.

Pompey midfielder Jed Wallace has netted a goal in each of his side's last three games.

Rovers have lost three of their last four games, failing to score in each of those three defeats.

 

Sheff Utd v Carlisle

The Blades have lost just two of their last nine clashes with the Cumbrians (W4 D3), although those defeats have come in the last four games.

Scottish forward Lee Miller has bagged a brace in both of his last two games for the Cumbrians after receiving a red card in the game before that.

Sheffield United have kept a clean sheet in seven of their last eight games (shipping four in the other game).

 

Shrewsbury v Crawley

There have only been three previous Football League games between these two sides with each team winning once.

Jamie Proctor has netted three goals in total in his last three games for the Red Devils.
