Ronaldo 5/1 To Return Home...JT 7/1 To Return To England
PSG are understood to have tabled a bid for Cristiano Ronaldo and William Hill are offering 8/1 that by the time the Spanish 2013/14 season kicks off, Ronaldo has moved to the French capital. Manchester United are understood to be monitoring the situation and it is 5/1 that he is at Old Trafford by the first day of next season, while it is 1/5 that he is still at Real.
"Cristiano Ronaldo has two years left on his contract and with the potential of his value decreasing even further, Real may just cut their losses this summer and sell him to the highest bidder," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. "It is thought, however, that Ronaldo favours a move back to Manchester."
William Hill have pushed out the price of John Terry starting England's first World Cup 2014 match from 6/1 to 7/1 after Roy Hodgson announced that he would not be calling up the former captain for the Ireland friendly.
Real's arch-rivals fared even worse than they did and Barcelona are 9/1 to qualify against Bayern Munich. They are 5/6 to win the match in 90 minutes and in order to qualify in 90 minutes, they need a 5-0 scoreline, available at 50/1.
Lionel Messi was quiet in Munich and will have to be in the form of his life on Wednesday if Barca are to put up a fight. He is 7/4 to score in a Barcelona victory, while he is 7/2 to open the scoring,
