Serie A betliveTV preview

We've got some fantastic games for your viewing pleasure this Saturday, four games kicking off at 14:00 - including the Rome derby between Lazio and Roma, and the evening kick-off sees surprise package of the season Genoa try to cement their Champions League position against the mighty Juventus.

Chievo v AC Milan

Milan have a great record against Chievo having won their last four Serie A fixtures against Domenico Di Carlo's men, scoring nine goals and only conceding two along the way, but the hosts are on a decent run at the minute - they've gone five games without defeat, losing just once in the last 13 games. The home team had been in the relegation zone for 20 weeks of the season and must've been fearing the worst but have given themselves a great chance of avoiding the drop with their great form recently.

The Flying Donkeys are 16/5 to pick up three points and further enhance their chances of staying in the Serie A. Chievo have drawn six of their last 11 games so 2/1 on the game finishing level appeals. But Milan, with Filippo Inzaghi in particular on great scoring form with six in his last four games, have to be the bet at 4/5 - the Rossoneri have won three of their last four on the road conceding just once in the process.

Fiorentina v Cagliari

Cagliari won the last two Serie A meetings between these two sides but were hammered 5-1 at the Stadio Artemio Franchi last season. The away team are in the middle of a goal crisis as well which has seen them score just three goals from their last six league matches as they sit just outside the European qualification spots. Fiorentina on the other hand are well placed to earn at the very least a place in the Europa League for next season but will still have their eye on a lucrative place in the Champions League.

Viola striker Alberto Gilardino has scored 16 goals this term in Serie A, can he inspire the hosts to another three points? Odds of 4/7 on a home victory suggest it's quite likely. Fiorentina have drawn just four times all season and odds of 23/10 don't really seem very generous. Cagliari have lost their last 12 matches in Florence so you can understand why they're 9/2 to get the three points here.

Inter Milan v Palermo

José Mourinho's side are cruising towards another Scudetto, the home team have won seven of their last eight games and hold a commanding lead over Juve, it would take an almighty collapse from Inter for them to not lift the trophy. It doesn't look good for Palermo, the Rosanero have only won three times away from home all season and won just four times against Inter in 43 Serie A games.

Understandably Inter are clear favourites to win this game at 4/11 so maybe correct score could provide more value; a repeat of the Nerazzurri's 2-0 success of earlier in the season is available at 9/2. The draw is an 11/4 shot, an unlikely looking away victory can be backed at a massive 7/1, the visiting team have only won one of their last five on the road.

Lazio v Roma

The 130th Rome derby takes place on Saturday with both teams on pretty poor form. The hosts have failed to score in their last three games, losing each match, whilst Roma have only won once in the last five matches.

The home team, with only two wins at the Stadio Olimpico in the last nine games, are 19/10 to beat their local rivals. With both sides out of form 19/10 on the match finishing level is tempting. Roma, despite not picking up too many points recently, have been fairly hard to beat though, losing just twice in 13 Serie A fixtures, so they are the favourites for the match at 13/10

Genoa v Juventus

The final match of the day takes place at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris and it should be a cracker, Genoa have been excellent this season, only losing once at home and that was against champions elect Inter. Juve have been fairly decent themselves, the Old Lady have a great record away from home losing just three times on their travels, second only to José Mourinho's side.

The hosts are without a win against Juve in over 15 years and haven't scored in the last four meetings, but they've won their last three without conceding, so look attractive at 7/4 to claim the points in this game. The draw is a 19/10 shot, whilst Juve, with four consecutive victories over The Grifoni, are slight favourites at 7/5 to emerge victorious from this meeting.
