The Special One Returns...
Jose Mourinho is definitely coming back to the Premier League and his return has livened up the betting for who will win the Premier League this season.
Chelsea are 9/4 third favourites (having been 9/2 just a few weeks ago), just behind joint favourites Manchester United and Manchester City.
"For the last fortnight Chelsea have been the team our customers have been backing and now the return of MourInho has been confirmed they could become favourites," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Chelsea are 500/1 to win all four of the Premier League, Capital One Cup, FA Cup and the Champions League.
Mourinho is no stranger to controversy and is 4/6 to be sent from the dugout at any point during the 2013/14 Premier League season.
"You cannot help but think that Mourinho's competitive edge will get him into trouble at least once this season," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Mourinho is 8/1 to still be at Chelsea at the start of 2018.
"In his first stint as Chelsea manager, Mourinho was a man on his way up and was not averse to fluttering his eyelashes at some of the European giants," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. "Now, however, he has been there and done that and you can perhaps imagine him really getting his feet under the desk at Stamford Bridge."
