This Rocket could blast anyone away

'The Rocket' has cruised his way to the final of The Masters, and is looking like the champion we all know he can be. 'The Jester from Leicester' will not find it funny if his title is taken away.

Defending champion Mark Selby has made it through to the final of The Masters again this year after dealing with the semi-final challenge of John Higgins, a match in which The Jester won 6 - 2 and made Higgins look very much the weaker player as he struggled to find his flow.

Selby's done it before and may do it again, but he won't have my money backing him.

Today, The Jester looks to defend his Masters title; however he will be more than up against it today as the man, machine, or mountain that is Ronnie O'Sullivan has been in outstanding form and has destroyed anyone who dared to cross his path.

Yesterday's performance against Stephen Maguire made watching snooker an absolute pleasure and as The Rocket finished off Stephen Maguire who looked thoroughly extinguished, it would only be a mad man who would back against O'Sullivan, who broke Stephen Hendry's Masters record for Century breaks yesterday in the adrenalin pumping encounter.

In the betting for today, Ronnie's the 2/5 favourite: no surprises there then...

This makes his opponent and not to forget, the defending champion Mark Selby, 15/8 for the victory.

Some may describe this as a value bet, but in my view I'd rather have a short priced winner and be counting the returns than a value loser...

If it's correct score action you're looking for, you're in luck and possibly the money today as we're enhancing some correct score outcomes.

Ronnie to win 10 - 7 was 13/2, it's now enhanced to 7/1.

A Ronnie 10 - 6 victory was 15/2... 6/1 with Hills enhancements, and finally Selby to do a job and take the match 10 - 6 was 14/1. With us, you can grab the 16/1.
