Will War Horse Gallop Away With Golden Globe?
Despite a number of glowing reviews, William Hill make War Horse their 4/1 third favourite to win the Best Picture Drama Golden Globe at the weekend. The current favourite is The Descendants at 8/13 with Hugo offered at 5/2. The Best Actress Globe looks like another trophy for Meryl Streep and she is 1/2 for her portrayal of Margret Thatcher with George Clooney the same price to win the Best Actor Globe.
"There are some very short priced favourites for this year's Globes, with Meryl Streep possibly the banker of the bunch," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
