The UEFA Champions League returns this week with some of Europe’s biggest clubs looking to put themselves on their way to Budapest for the final in May.

The current UEFA Champions League holders PSG will be looking to take a big lead over to Anfield next week when they face Liverpool in this UCL QF first leg on Wednesday evening.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some UEFA Champions League odds and betting angles for Wednesday’s fixture:

PSG return to Paris having won each of their last four games in all competitions, including their two victories against Chelsea in the previous round, whilst a 3-1 victory against Toulouse on Friday has moved them four points clear in Ligue 1 despite having played a game less to their fellow title contenders.
These two sides met in the knockout stages of this competition last season with both sides winning 1-0 away from home before PSG progressed via a penalty shootout, whilst that defeat here against the Reds here remains their only defeat in their last ten UEFA matches against English sides, William Hill have priced PSG at 4/5 to win this game.
Paris Saint-Germain have won their last four Champions League quarter-final ties and their last six two-legged ties in the competition overall, they’ll be hoping they’ve caught Liverpool at the right time and travel to Merseyside in the driving seat next week.

The pressure has started to build again on Arne Slot after an embarrassing display from his side on Saturday in the FA Cup, a 4-0 defeat against Manchester City means the Reds are now relying on the UEFA Champions League for silverware.
Liverpool do tend to fare better in European competitions and travel to Paris having won four of their last five UCL games, with all four victories being accompanied with a clean sheet, Arne Slot’s side are a huge 7/1 to win this one without conceding with William Hill.
None of Liverpool’s last twenty-two UCL games have ended in a stalemate, whilst the Reds have won seven of their last eleven UEFA meetings against French teams (D1, L3), but this one just feels like it’s an uphill task for Liverpool.

Significant Conditions

The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).
This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.
To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.
A “Qualifying Acca” is:
1. A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);
2. On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;
3. Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;
4. On the Promotion Markets.
The “Promotion Markets” are:
1. 90 Minutes;
2. 90 Minutes 2 Up;
3. Both Teams To Score;
4. Match Under/Over Goals.
No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.
Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:
1. 4 selections – 5% Acca Boost
2. 5 selections – 7.5% Acca Boost
3. 6 selections – 10% Acca Boost
4. 7 selections – 15% Acca Boost
5. 8 selections – 20% Acca Boost
6. 9 selections – 25% Acca Boost
7. 10 selections – 30% Acca Boost
8. 11 selections – 35% Acca Boost
9. 12 selections – 40% Acca Boost
10. 13 selections – 45% Acca Boost
11. 14 selections – 50% Acca Boost
12. 15 selections or above – 100% Acca Boost
The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
1. For retail customers: £2,000
2. For online customers: £10,000.
There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost
Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.
For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.
