Athletes dedicate their lives to perfecting their chosen sport. Whilst training is a huge part of that, so is nutrition. After all, without the right nutrients, you can’t perform at your optimal level.

This is true regardless of your sport. We’ve spoken to Olympic triathlete Jonny Brownlee and former NFL cornerback Jason Bell to find out their nutritional tips, what their diet consists of on a training day, and how they stay hydrated.
