William Hill News preview Wednesday’s biggest matches at Wimbledon 2026, with all eyes on the action on Centre Court on Day 10 at SW19.

Follow the latest tennis news at William Hill and enjoy the best of Wimbledon this summer, with the likes of French Open champion Alexander Zverev in action on Wednesday.

Wimbledon Predictions Wednesday:

  • Taylor Fritz to win
  • Linda Nosková -2.5 games (10/11)
  • Marta Kostyuk to win 2-1 (23/10)

It’s quarterfinals time at Wimbledon, with some of the world’s best players taking the court on Wednesday. Here are our top tennis betting tips.

Taylor Fritz vs Alexander Zverev

Taylor Fritz, one of the tour’s form players, made light work of Alexander Bublik in the fourth round. Fritz was a semifinalist at the All England Club 12 months ago and shone at Halle, with wins over Ben Shelton and Alexander Zverev.

French Open champion Alexander Zverev has had less time to rest ahead of this match, as his fourth-round duel with Jiří Lehečka had to be finished off on Tuesday.

Zverev is in the Wimbledon last eight for the first time in his career and has lost 10 of his 15 matches against Fritz, including each of his last seven. Fritz has beaten Zverev in their last three grass-court meetings, including in Halle earlier this year.

It’s unlikely anyone can stop Jannik Sinner if he keeps rolling. Fritz, though, is arguably the second-best grass-court player around at the moment and will be very hard to beat throughout the remainder of this tournament.

Linda Nosková vs Elise Mertens

Monday saw an impressive performance from Linda Nosková, as she saw off Madison Keys in straight sets. The Czech is rewarded with her first career match against Elise Mertens, who has beaten Elena Rybakina and Marie Bouzková in the last two rounds.

This marks Mertens’ first quarterfinal appearance at Wimbledon. The Belgian didn’t look particularly impressive with three early exits in her grass-court warm-up events, but she’s taken her game to another level here.

Nosková is rightly favoured. Mertens isn’t to be taken lightly, though.

Marta Kostyuk vs Jasmine Paolini

Meeting for the first time since 2023, Marta Kostyuk has lost her last two matches against Jasmine Paolini, but neither of those were played when Kostyuk was anywhere near this level.

Titles on clay, and a run to the French Open semis, have been followed by a first quarterfinal appearance at Wimbledon. Paolini, meanwhile, is a former Wimbledon finalist, but she fell in the first round at Eastbourne.

With seven wins against top 10 players in 2026, Kostyuk deserves to be favoured.
