William Hill News look ahead to the 2026 Wimbledon women’s final, ahead of Linda Noskova vs Karolina Muchova on Saturday afternoon.

Karolína Muchová is the narrow tennis betting favourite over Linda Nosková in Saturday’s all-Czech women’s final. Muchová won the only previous meeting between the compatriots, which came at the US Open in 2025.

Their semifinal journeys were contrasting. Muchová had to fight incredibly hard to beat Coco Gauff, with the American missing a golden opportunity to win the match in a third-set tiebreak. Nosková made it three straight matches without dropping a set thanks to an emphatic win over Marta Kostyuk on Thursday.

Following her win, Noskova said, “I tried to be as patient as possible and be cool. Somehow I hit the last point. For me, it’s always just to focus on myself and my game.

“I’m still in shock I had a chance in my life to play here and get a win. I enjoyed it so much. Karolina Muchova, she is such a great fighter and incredible player, but she is also a great person.

“I am glad I get to play my first final against her.”

Muchová has had Grand Slam near-misses. A finalist at the French Open three years ago and a three-time semifinalist at the hard-court Slams, she knows what the pressure of a Slam final is like. It’s less familiar ground for Noskova, who has only reached one WTA 1000 final and never been this close to Slam glory.

It went the distance when these two Czechs last met. It should be a similarly competitive affair on Centre Court this Saturday.
