The UEFA Champions League is back for round six of Europe’s most prestigious club football competition, with Paris Saint-Germain looking to defend their crown.

The UEFA Champions League returns this week with some of Europe’s biggest clubs looking to put themselves on their way to Budapest for the final in May.

The Stadio Diego Armando Maradona awaits as Napoli need a win to get in to the play-off spots whilst their opponents Chelsea have their eyes on an automatic qualification spot in the UEFA Champions League.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some Champions League odds and betting angles for Wednesday’s fixture:

Napoli return to familiar surroundings having lost 3-0 in Turin on Sunday evening against Juventus in Serie A, that’s their first defeat in their last ten games across all competitions but it’s also a defeat which see them now nine points behind Inter as their dreams of defending the Scudetto are quickly fading.
Antonio Conte’s side will be pleased to be back on home soil as their record here is incredible, they’ve not tasted defeat here since December 2024 (W18, D7), whilst Napoli have lost just one of their last twenty UCL games in front of their own fans (W12, D7).
It’s set to be a big night in Naples and a win for the home side could well be on the cards given Napoli have won eight of their previous eleven UEFA competition matches at home against English teams (D1 L2).

Chelsea continued their strong start under Liam Rosenior on Sunday with a 3-1 victory away at Crystal Palace, that’s now three wins in a row for the Blues in all competitions, making it four here would secure their spot in the next round automatically.
The Blues travel to Italy having won only two of their thirteen UEFA competition away games against Italian opposition (D3 L8), losing six of the last seven (W1), whilst they are also winless in their last five UCL away games.
I’m going against the odds in this one and backing Napoli to get the job done, the home advantage is huge and given their solid record here, it’s hard to see past Gli Azzurri picking up all three points.

Significant Conditions

The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).
This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.
To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.
A “Qualifying Acca” is:
1. A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);
2. On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;
3. Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;
4. On the Promotion Markets.
The “Promotion Markets” are:
1. 90 Minutes;
2. 90 Minutes 2 Up;
3. Both Teams To Score;
4. Match Under/Over Goals.
No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.
Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:
1. 4 selections – 5% Acca Boost
2. 5 selections – 7.5% Acca Boost
3. 6 selections – 10% Acca Boost
4. 7 selections – 15% Acca Boost
5. 8 selections – 20% Acca Boost
6. 9 selections – 25% Acca Boost
7. 10 selections – 30% Acca Boost
8. 11 selections – 35% Acca Boost
9. 12 selections – 40% Acca Boost
10. 13 selections – 45% Acca Boost
11. 14 selections – 50% Acca Boost
12. 15 selections or above – 100% Acca Boost
The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
1. For retail customers: £2,000
2. For online customers: £10,000.
There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost
Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.
For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.
